A cancelled appointment hurts three people you, your therapist, and another customer who could have potentially used your time niche. Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set away especially for you, a minimum of 6 hours ’ notice is needed for the cancellation of a session. However, the full amount will be charged( if for any reason a session is cancelled lower than 6 hours prior i.e no refund).
